Eternal Echoes Movie Props

For the title screen of the movie "Eternal Echoes" I wanted to symbolize war and love. The plot in my interpretation was about two lovers who also took place in a battle of the past. Their love brought them together in this modern day life again, and they get clues to their past along grand settings.I wanted the type to represent gold armor and look legendary. Their love brought them together in this modern day life again, and they get clues to their past along grand settings. The rose petals represent love.

Summary:  In a quaint English café, Cora and Dorian are drawn into a cryptic mystery through a mysterious letter that reconnects Cora to her past, leading her to a hidden underground chamber filled with ancient secrets and personal revelations. Guided by her grandmother's writings and artifacts, Cora uncovers a deep connection between herself and Dorian, revealing their entwined destinies across time in a battle of hearts and shadows.
For the mysterious letter, I made it look like it was from someone in the past. I aged the paper with soy sauce, and effects, I tore it to look ancient. I made the wax seal gold, to appeal to the colors of my title sequence, as you can also tell by the red ribbon which matches the red petals. The mysterious letter mentions "Meet me where the city lights fade and shadows dance on cobblestone streets" (like a scene in a noir film). It directs Cora through narrow alleys, and was left by possibly grandma.
For the weathered journal, Cora finds in her apartment at night, I needed to age it to look old. This journal would reveal sketches and notes from the past, and was from Cora's grandmother. I sketched a place her grandmother was at, that would be one of the settings Cora had to go to. This is basically a drawing of a bunch of old knight armor's holding torches along a pathway that leads to a huge fire put. I wanted fire to be one of the biggest elements in the storytelling, to signify that the fire is still burning, the story is not over.
For the ancient texts, which is basically a huge book of knowledge in the movie, I took a similar approach to the journal. I drew a scene of a knight in a battlefield, which is the fragile illustration that was drawn in the past. I made the pages of the book gold, as well as the designs on the book cover itself to signify royalty and it being important. The setting in the back is the ancient library which Cora was led to find these texts.
For the scroll, I picked it as an artifact from the ancient library where the ancient text book was from. This scroll talked about Cora's fate, and foreshadows her existence in real life. It was written in the past as well. I wanted some fire sparks as an effect, since fire is a theme here. I also aged the scroll and handwriting.
For the movie posters, I wanted the fire, armor, and red petals to all play big parts in the burning experience. I made sketches with versions of Cora solo, and with Dorian, as well as her grandma. The cast I picked was Anya Taylor-Joy as Cora, Adam Driver as Dorian, and Meryl Streep as Grandma.
